BubbaChuck's BBQ opened its doors in August 2010. Owned by two brothers, the restaurant represents their love and passion for barbecue. It's nothing fancy - meals are served on butcher paper and customers help themselves to homemade sweet tea - but the pork, brisket, chicken and ribs are cut to order and the side dishes are made from scratch. Trophies line the walls, offering evidence of the restaurant's talents with a smoker. A homey atmosphere welcomes diners for lunch and dinner.
